Returns, replacements and refunds

Paperbacks

• If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, with missing pages, or is the wrong title, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We will send a free replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, issue a full refund including shipping.
• For other returns (for example, a change of mind), the book must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery at your cost; we refund the book price once it reaches us in good condition.

PDF ebooks

• Because PDF ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are not refundable once sent, except where the file is faulty or not as described. In that case we will send a corrected file or refund you.

Cancellations

• You can cancel a paperback order free of charge before it is dispatched.

Refund timelines

• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
